Homo habilis:

An Ape with human features

Brain size: 650 cc
Presence on earth: 2.3 to 1.4 million years ago

H. habilis was short and had disproportionately long arms compared to modern humans; however, it had a less protruding face than the australopithecines from which it is thought to have descended. H. habilis remains are often accompanied by primitive stone tools.

Honey has been a coveted delicacy throughout the ages and cultures (see also the Onge and Chenchu clips). That pleasure is oftentimes paired with pain was a lecture that also H. habilis had to learn.
